What Does the Job Entail?
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
1+ years of experience in construction management
Preferred: associate’s degree
Positive attitude and commitment to our company values
Intuitive problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent organizational skills
Good computer skills
Solid knowledge of the construction process
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Complete planning and implementation of projects by organizing and controlling project elements
Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposal and plans, as well as conferring with management
Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, as well as reviewing bids from contractors
Determine product compliance per specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance metrics
Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates for changes in scope
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain project database by entering and backing up data on the appropriate documents
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
